Turnaround times vary depending on the complexity of the project, but I strive to deliver timely results without compromising quality. For single-song projects, the turnaround is usually within a week, but specific timelines will be discussed during our initial consultation.

I offer a money-back guarantee to first-time clients, which I’m pleased to say has never been used! I always mix one song first in a multi-song project to ensure you are happy with the direction of the mix so you sign off on all the big picture sounds (drums, guitar tones, vocal sound etc). If you are unhappy with the first song after sufficient effort has been made to correct it, I will reimburse you the initial 50% upfront fee. However, once the first song has been approved the money-back guarantee expires.
